So this is not rocket science, but I thought I could share with you a little trick. The idea is that you want dissolve a lot of (organic and fair trade) coffee granules into not much boiling water. So the trick is here for everyone to see : a set of two bowls, a mother and a baby. Pour boiling water halfway into the mother bowl and then let the baby float in the water.
Add two tablespoons of boiling water in the baby bowl and add one by one five tablespoons of (organic and fair trade) coffee granules, stirring with your smallest spoon (you do not want the little baby bowl to tip over). The boiling water bain-marie will keep your solution hot, you will not end up with a plasticky goo stuck to your bowl or spoon.
